Dr. Christian I. Guzman is dedicated to providing the highest level of Plastic Surgery services with the utmost professionalism. He combines the finest surgical training and experience with the eye of an artist. As a surgeon, Dr. Guzman did his training in General Surgery at New York Medical College in New York, and the training of Plastic Surgery at the prestigious Lenox Hill Hospital in New York and at The University of Oklahoma. He obtained board certification in Plastic Surgery and has been practicing in the New York area for more than 12 years. He is Chief of Plastic Surgery at Phelps Memorial Hospital in Tarrytown, New York, as well as having hospital affiliations with the Aesthetic Institute at Northern Westchester Hospital, Saint John Riverside Hospital, and Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester. Dr. Guzman is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Guzman brings extensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures to each patient consultation and creates an effective, safe and sophisticated plan of treatment. He believes that the greater the variety of procedures and technologies available to the plastic surgeon, the more customized the plan can be for the individual. In addition, patients directly benefit from his ongoing efforts to improve upon the way existing procedures are done. Dr. Guzman is an advocate of combining a variety of surgical techniques and new technologies to achieve the best results and to foster rapid healing with less discomfort. Most surgeries can be performed as an outpatient in our AAAASF
accredited surgicenter in collaboration with board certified anesthesiologists and an experienced, handpicked operating room team.
